quitehomoerotic time is running out and standing still
Currently, the Master had thought of two-hundred and thirty seven new and varied ways of killing the freak since they arrived on this cursed planet. Their search for the Doctor had long ago taken them off-world and since then their aliases had been quite colorful to say the least. But this, was ridiculous.
"So you know, I blame you for this," he spat, gritting his teeth at the small, annoying jolt of electricity that came from the collar device he was currently wearing.
"Oh, I'm surprised, really," retorted Jack with a roll of his eyes. "Look, we'll have it off in no time and be on our way. Besides, I thought you liked red."
The Master narrowed his eyes on him, knowing the goading was purposeful and did his best to ignore it. The device seemed to pick up on more than physical actions but also emotions and really, if he had to deal with this much longer, someone, somewhere, would die.
"Are you certain they went this way?" The Time Lord paced impatiently as Jack tried another code for the door. Nothing.
The ex Time Agent huffed out a little, exasperated breath. "Well I don't think they keep the china locked away behind there."
The Master stalked back over to the end of the hall when he thought he heard footsteps before quickly dashing back to where the Fact was still fiddling with the door. "You're like a flailing child! Didn't they teach you anything at that ridiculous Agency?!" he hissed, urgency making him more impatient and he stamped his foot as another jolt surged through.
He had already broken three hundred in his death count for Harkness.
"I just need a few more-" started Jack, only then he was cut off by the Master grabbing him by his jacket and spinning him around. He reached up, cringed slightly, and then glared.
"This means nothing," he hissed, and then pulled a very surprised and very unwilling Jack into an impromptu kiss. Despite the fact that neither of them could have foreseen this being needed to cover their true purpose there. Jack gave a muffled sound of protest, glaring at him before relinquishing control and going along with it.
The Master heard the footsteps recede quite a while before he finally pulled back and Jack spoke. "We're alone again?"
"We've been alone," he smirked, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand.
Jack pulled a face, pushing into him sharply as he moved to go back to the controls and the Master laughed, rubbing his side. A few minutes later, the locking mechanism clicked and the door slid open. The Master took a moment to forget about his list of ways to kill the freak in favor of stealing his moment of supreme satisfaction at opening the doors.
By promptly kissing him on the cheek. "My hero."
prompt: kiss on the lips and cheek, same story.
